Normally one cup of coffee have:
6 percentage of the RDA for pantothenic acid (vitamin B5)
11 percentage of the RDA for riboflavin (vitamin B2)
2 percentage of the RDA for niacin (Vitamin B3) and thiamine (Vitamin B1)
3 percentage of the RDA for the potassium.
It may not seem like much, but if you drink 4 to 6 cups of coffee per day then those Vitamin and stuffs quickly adds up.
